The appointments of this style guitar say professional musician loud and clear. The inlays, which were inspired by the great jazz and country guitars of the 40's and 50's, give it truly a traditional appearance. The 8 ply binding also give super visual edge by defining the body and neck. The beautiful shap is just that much more pronounced. The solid spruce top gives the guitar a powerful bass that refuses to get loose and muddy. The traditional X-style top braces are scalloped to give greater flexibility to the top without sacrificing with power and sustain. Bass response is greatly improved as well. The mahogany sides and back ensure the even balance that pro's demand. Even the end of the fingerboard silhouettes the edge of the sound hole.
