If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, return it for a full refund of the product price. All returned items must be in the original packaging and show no signs of wear or abuse. Returns originally paid for by credit card are issued a credit for the purchase price. Refunds are issued for product value only, excluding shipping and handling. Free set-up: Guitar East will set your new guitar with low string action unless you specify otherwise in the comments section of the checkout process. We make any necessary adjustments to the bridge, pick-ups, and neck on electrics to ensure intonation and optimize tone. Only neck adjustments will be made on acoustics and acoustic/electric guitars.
