Mahogany, maple, and rosewood have always been the staple woods for guitar sides and backs. Recently guitar players have been seeking out guitars with interesting new exotic woods. One of these unique woods is Ovangkohl. Ovangkohl is a highly figured wood from Africa that looks like a honey colored rosewood. The tone is balanced with a bit more low end response than mahogany.

The Windsor series 6 combines the exotic beauty of Ovangkohl with all the elements important to the serious player like balance, power, warmth, and projection.
